“Lucky Day” Movies: Why wait for the current blockbuster? Stop by the library frequently and browse our selection of the new release DVDs. If it’s your “lucky day,” you may walk out with the movie you’ve been eager to enjoy!
"Browsing" Books: Why wait for the current bestseller? Stop by the library and browse our selection of the latest bestselling books. These replace our "lucky day" books and are now available for 2 weeks!
Online Catalog: Patrons can search the library catalog and request materials online as well as renew items presently checked out. Plot descriptions and reviews are available for most items.
Library on the Go: This is your source for digital media. Downloadable e-books and audio books can be checked out to your electronic device, including e-readers, tablets, smart phones and computers. Fiction and nonfiction titles are available for all ages. Call the library or stop in to receive a one-on-one tutorial on how to download free e-books onto your e-reader.
Database Access: Academic research, business, language, computer training, readers’ advisory, genealogy and history are just a few of the topics covered in more than two dozen databases available on the county library’s homepage. Most can be accessed from home with your library card.
Returning Materials: Materials may be returned in the drive-up library book drop, located in the parking lot between the library and police headquarters. Please place your items in the book drop one at a time to ensure they fall into the bin. The book drop is now open 24/7 for your convenience.
Donations: The library does accept donations that are clean and in good condition, but we cannot accept textbooks, encyclopedia or magazines. For the convenience of other patrons, please do not place donations in the book drop; bring them into the library during regular hours.
